We make software accessible and the every day experience an enjoyable one. Our dedicated trainers can host you at our training centre in Brackley or visit your office depending on your preference. Training normally takes place when your account has been configured and occurs immediately prior to implementation. It is an optional but highly recommended service.
We run two sessions per day – with an ideal group size of 3-4 per session. As a general rule, each office requires one full day of training. Depending on group size, we can either conduct the training at individual desks or hold group training with a projector in a meeting room.
During the training we cover the most important aspects of the system – those that enable your staff to be up and running as confidently and as quickly as possibly. The advanced features of the system are only covered on the same day if the competence level of the group allows for it. As you would expect we run Advanced Training days at a later stage of the implementation process.
