Viewings

Powerful Lists
Viewings are automatically grouped by status, making it easy to spot those appointments that need the most attention or are the most urgent. Until a viewing appointment has been confirmed with all parties, it remains ‘unconfirmed’. When the appointment has been carried out, feedback must be collected, and once it is collected the user is prompted to relay this back to the vendor. |

Intelligent Grouping
Multiple viewings on a single property often result in numerous phone calls to the vendor, where one would suffice. Jupix groups all viewings in to one place on the property file and allows the negotiator to relay all the viewing feedback in a single client contact. |

Feedback System
Without feedback, it may appear to your vendor clients that you are not demonstrating a complete viewing service. Adding applicant feedback is a prompt in Jupix, making it difficult to avoid. All feedback is then clearly displayed on each property file, in one readable area without the need to click in to each viewing to see what was said. You can even share this feedback via the Client Portal, accessed by your most valued owners directly on your website. |

Convert to offer
Tracking the complete property transaction from viewing to offer to sale to completion is so simple in Jupix. Pinning an offer to a viewing is as simple as finding the applicant and clicking on the ‘Make Offer’ button next to the Viewing. An offer record is then created, with all of the corresponding information made available, without the need to re-key anything. |

Action Buttons
We have worked hard to take the complexity out of the viewing process, for busy or inexperienced members of your team. After each viewing, the user selects whether the appointment was ‘Carried Out’ or ‘Cancelled’ (or even ‘Didn’t show up’). Only carried out appointments display the relevant follow up action buttons. It’s a click through process that is fast and efficient and provides you with a common and consistent workflow. |
