Residential Lettings

Booking inspections on fully managed properties is a breeze in Jupix.  At the start of the tenancy you can specify the frequency of the inspections, and then the dashboard will remind you how many you have coming up.  Once the appointment has been confirmed, it is added to the diary as any other normal appointment.

The process of preparing a tenancy in Jupix is simple yet thorough.  All documentation produced is verified by the Lettings Centre, meaning that your standard notices and agreements are verified to conform to the very latest industry regulation.

Tenancy Agreements can be automatically generated by Jupix and are verified by the Lettings Centre.

Options on renewing a tenancy range from specifying a periodic tenancy (for example monthly) or renew again for a fixed term (6 or 12 months).  Jupix will notify you to send out renewals via the interactive dashboard found on the home page.

The Jupix ledger is a full history of all financial transactions, which are laid out clearly and in chronological order.  Each transaction has the option to print out the relevant documentation, e.g/ invoice, receipt or statement

Once you have received a deposit Jupix will prompt you to transfer the deposit to either a bank account or pay it to the deposit protection service.  It’s a controlled process that keeps you the right side of the legislation.
