Advertisment Management

A fully integrated publication advertising module is included in the Jupix software.  Our integration with Drag and Drop enable negotiators or administrative staff to schedule property advertising, before it gets automatically synchronised to a powerful web based desktop publishing platform.  Once the print ready PDF has been dispatched to the publishing house, full advertising activities are written back to each property file held in Jupix.

Headline Information

As you would expect from Jupix, the most important information is always there on the screen.  Each property file holds the vendor details, including full contact information and key property statistics at the top of the page, regardless of what section of the file you navigate to.  As we develop new and innovative performance metrics, the property header will be a valuable and interactive part of the file.

Detailed Profile Information
 

Having detailed information about every single instruction on your books at your fingertips makes dealing with an enquiry a breeze.  All of your property data can be accessed from any location and by any member of staff, in real time.  You won’t find yourself running off to find the brochure to answer detailed questions, and call to actions are right there on the screen.  Need to convert an enquiry in to a viewing?  Simply click through from the property straight to the diary.

One Click Match

It’s easy to notify applicants of a property that matches their requirements.  On the Property file within the software is a button that runs the match process and displays a detailed list of everyone who would be interested in being notified.  According to preference, Jupix automatically selects the most effective way to communicate the property details – by email, text, post or phone call.  Matching is quick and easy, and can dramatically reduce the total cost of marketing each property.

Match History

Once the match has been completed, a full history is displayed under the Matches section of the property file.  The information shown indicates when the match was completed, how it was notified (email, post, text message), to how many people and by which member of staff.  If that wasn’t enough, each match can be expanded to reveal the entire list of applicants who received the property details.  It makes follow ups easy, and keeps your vendors well informed.

Automatic Portal Uploads

Jupix acts as a single point of data entry, allow you to enter property information once, and then choose where else it should go, automatically and without any manual intervention or ongoing maintenance.  Reducing keyboard time saves administration cost and the automated data feeds (to over 85 websites) eliminates data entry errors.
