Each and every offer records detailed information, including the specific date and time the offer was put forward.  Any previous offers are carried forward to provide a complete history of the offer progression, and associated notes will help every negotiator present a reasoned discussion between the parties involved.

From notification of offer letter to both purchaser and owner, to offer accepted or declined notification, Jupix holds all documentation in one easy and accessible place.  Documents can be edited, emailed or shared via the Client Portal on your website.

Where it’s appropriate to do so, an offer can contain chain information to help your clients make a judgement on each individual deal and it’s proceed-ability.  Having this information held centrally on each offer and within the same property file ensures a disciplined and cohesive approach to offer management.
