Estate Agency is probably the second oldest profession and existed long before computers.  A good estate agent will know their properties and applicants in detail.  They certainly don’t need a computer to hinder what is a fairly simple, relationship based business.

Jupix understands Estate Agency and makes a clear distinction between selling property and what we call ‘property retail’ where traditional negotiator skills and responsibilities are delegated to a third party website.  We believe that software can become valuable assistance to a good negotiator helping maximise reputation, service, sales and profits if it is used intelligently and at the right time.

Our leadership team are highly experienced ex-estate agents.  In some cases our experience of selling property pre-dates every software system currently on the market.  The fundamental experience of winning, listing and selling property reinforces that software should be a tool to help and not replace the basics of good practice in estate agency.
