Market Appraisal appointments (and the associated data you collect) is stored as a separate record, but linked to a property in the event of you being instructed.  This unique relationship ensures that you see a full history of all market appraisals carried out on the same property, regardless of who and no matter when it was.  Since Market Appraisals exist as a standalone item, a range of powerful reports can be applied to the data; for example to compare the spread between valuation, instructed price, offers and final sale price.

Automated Confirmations

You’re up against some stiff competition so it pays to stand out.  Jupix comes armed with a sophisticated (yet very simple) confirmations feature which automatically triggers email and test messages in the run up to the actual appointment.  Tick a box to have Jupix send your potential vendor details of the appointment and tick another box to have a text delivered one hour before the appointment.  It’s a key differentiator that our existing subscribers love.

Full Communication

Appraisals lead to letters, phone calls and follow ups, so Jupix keeps track of everything you (and other members of staff) have done.  Any standard letters you choose to attach to the Market Appraisal are fully compatible and editable in Microsoft Word, and the file stays attached to the appraisal record forever.  You can schedule call backs, set follow-ups and rotate all of your pending and lost market appraisals through a unique follow up system that ensures you never miss a sales opportunity again.

Market Appraisal Sheet

A single click PDF sheet can be produced to accompany you on the appraisal appointment.  Jupix will merge all of the information you recorded during the initial contact and lay it out on a pre-formatted, branded A4 sheet.  All you need to do is fill in the blanks, safe in the knowledge that when you get back to the office the Jupix screen and associated data field match up exactly.

Comparable Tools

Another unique feature offered by the Jupix web based platform is the integration with other data service providers.  Based on the UK postcode of the property, Jupix will return sold prices from NetHousePrices and Rightmove (where you can also check what else is on the market in that area).  A single click through to Google Maps also provides members of staff unfamiliar with the area the chance to ‘drive past’ using Google Streetview.

Backpack Items

Jupix will automatically save the last five appraisals that you worked on and keep them in a simple to find and quick to access section of the menu bar.  No need to conduct repeat searches, no time wasted in making a return call or adding a quick note.  Keeping the right information in the right place, and making it accessible is at the heart of what makes Jupix loved by so many.

Property Performance Report

By recording high and low valuation prices, you can combine this with the property performance report which provides vendors with a completely transparent view of how their property is performing against similar priced properties that are also on the market.  Jupix works hard to support your agency in putting forward a reasoned and statistical approach to property marketing.  Treated in the right way, it will speed up the deal process.
