Residential Lettings & Property Management Support Analyst

Jupix is a software development company that provides an online customer relationship management solution to property professionals which include estate agents, brokers, buying agents and auctioneers.  Every day, 750 offices and over 3,000 users rely on Jupix to run their business.

We are a fast growing, high performance technology business with a service orientated approach.  In a little over 4 years we have established ourselves as the market leading provider of cloud based software to the UK property industry.

We want to hear from people that have had at least 3 years previous experience in property management and residential lettings, either as a negotiator, team leader, office manager or property manager.  Industry knowledge is an absolute must and we only want the best.

We require you to have a detailed understanding of client cash accounting, bank reconciliation, landlord and supplier payments and maintenance workflows.

You will be a proficient communicator with an interest in IT who enjoys the challenge of working in a highly competent and motivated group.  You will be enthusiastic, confident and able to analyse and resolve tricky situations quickly and effectively.

Working in the client services department you will be responsible for providing first line telephone and email assistance to our customers.  You will be required to develop a good working knowledge of Jupix and the methods by which we go about fixing issues.  This often requires detailed liaison with our technical and business teams.

Following an intensive training period will become responsible for ensuring that basic problems are diagnosed quickly and efficiently.  Having developed a relationship with our customers, you will soon find yourself being called upon to provide ad-hoc training and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • First line telephone support for incoming and outgoing calls
  • Documenting customer issues using our in-house ticket system
  • Basic account management duties including health checks and user training
  • New account setup and configuration
  • Product testing and troubleshooting
  • General office duties as and when required

This job provides the ideal platform to gain a solid foundation in IT which could lead to further specialisation in website design, software development or account management.
